- Account Data: If you register or subscribe to a plan, we collect your email address, first name, last name, and password hashes to manage authentication.

- Payment Information: All subscription transactions are processed via our secure third-party cryptocurrency processor (NOWPayments). We do not store or collect card details or private keys. We only retain the transaction status, amount, and request tokens for plan provisioning.
2. Data Retention and Deletion
Our business model centers on temporary data, not data hoarding. We implement strict auto-deletion policies:
- custom domain emails (Free Users): Emails are completely deleted from our database and caches 10 minutes after arrival.
- custom domain emails (Pro Users): Emails are completely deleted from our database and caches 24 hours after arrival.
- custom domain emails (Ultra Users): Emails are completely deleted from our database and caches 30 days after arrival.
- Account Deletion: You can delete your account permanently at any time from your account settings. This action instantly purges your profile, custom inbox mappings, active developer API keys, webhooks, and transactions from our servers.
3. Cookies and Fingerprints
We use a local client-side browser fingerprint to enforce security, check rate limits, and block spam bots. This fingerprint is generated locally on your device and is not linked to your identity. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking scripts.
4. Data Sharing and Transfer
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data, email content, or metadata with third-party advertisers or brokers. Your email content is processed in real-time and deleted according to your plan retention window.

We secure our infrastructure using firewalls, rate limit strike rules, secure database encryption, and HTTPS network layers to prevent data access. However, because custom domain email addresses are public or shared (on the free tier), you should not receive highly sensitive or private information on free public inboxes.
