1. Cryptocurrency Transaction Policy
All subscription payments (Pro and Ultra plans) on AfhamXMail are processed via the cryptocurrency gateway NOWPayments. Because transactions made on public, decentralized blockchains (such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, LTC, or USDT) are technically irreversible, contain network miner/gas fees, and are subject to high asset volatility:
- All cryptocurrency subscription payments are final and non-refundable.
- We do not issue cash, credit card, or secondary cryptocurrency refunds for completed network transactions.
- Please double-check plan features, pricing, and billing options before completing payments on the gateway invoice.
2. Custom Private Domain Registrations
Our Pro and Ultra plans include the provisioning of a custom private domain name (e.g. `yourname.com`). Once a checkout request is made and a domain name registration is submitted:
- Registry fees are paid immediately to registry systems to claim the domain under proxy.
- Domain registration fees are completely non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
- We cannot change, rename, or refund a custom domain once the registration is processed, even if you typed it incorrectly. Please verify spelling carefully.
3. Service Outages and Exceptions
In the rare event of prolonged service failure (where the platform is completely inaccessible for a continuous period of more than 72 hours), please contact support on our Discord Server. We will review your account status and may, at our sole discretion, extend your current subscription billing period for an equivalent number of days free of charge as compensation.
4. Contact Support
If you experience any billing discrepancies, double charges on the gateway, or payment confirmation delays, please open a ticket with our support desk on our Discord Server along with your transaction details (Payment ID or Blockchain TX Hash) so we can verify and resolve the issue quickly.
