Welcome to AfhamXMail (the "Service"). By accessing or using our private webmail platform, developer APIs, or dashboard features, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please review them carefully.
1. Service Description
AfhamXMail provides temporary, receive-only custom domain email addresses, custom username generation, webhook delivery, private domains, and REST API endpoints. We offer a Free Tier for basic testing and premium subscription packages (Pro and Ultra plans) with higher rate limits, extended retention times, and custom private domains.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using our private inboxes or APIs to:
- Receive, transmit, or host contents related to illegal material, copyright infringement, or piracy.
- Facilitate or engage in automated phishing schemes, spoofing, identity theft, or financial fraud.
- Distribute bulk unsolicited emails (spam) or launch DDoS attacks against secondary services.
- Circumvent security checks or create thousands of automated accounts on third-party services in violation of those services' terms.
Failure to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy will result in an immediate and permanent account/IP ban without refunds.
3. Subscription Billings and Cryptocurrency Payments
We process all subscription transactions (monthly or yearly plans) via the decentralized cryptocurrency processor NOWPayments. Because cryptocurrency payments are processed over decentralized blockchains, all transactions are subject to finality rules (see our Refund Policy for details).
4. Custom Domain Registrations
Our Pro and Ultra plans include a free private domain (.com, .online, or .org). When you submit a custom domain name request:
- We act as the proxy registrant to register the domain with registrar partners.
- Domain registration requests take up to 24 hours to propagate.
- You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the private domain solely for email routing on AfhamXMail while your subscription remains active.
- If your subscription expires or is cancelled, you lose access to the private domain, and it may be released or deleted.
5. Limitation of Liability
AfhamXMail is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, bug-free, or secure. Because emails are temporary and automatically deleted from our servers according to your plan retention window (10 minutes, 24 hours, or 30 days), we are not liable for any lost data, verification codes, or communication histories once they are purged.
6. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms of Service or engaged in activities that compromise our platform's integrity or IP reputation.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. When updates occur, we will post the revised terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
